I love making these Air Fryer Italian Sliders when I want something that feels like a party in every bite. Soft Hawaiian rolls loaded with ham, salami, pepperoni, and melted provolone, brushed with herby Italian butter and air fried until warm and golden. The roasted red peppers add a tangy punch that makes every layer taste better. I make them for game days, potlucks, and weeknight dinners, and they always go fast.
Slice the buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on top. Sprinkle with roasted red peppers and banana peppers.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Italian seasoning. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the layered ingredients and brush the top with the butter mixture.

Notes
I always keep a couple of these tips in mind to get the best results every time.
Use a baking dish that fits your air fryer: Make sure your dish sits flat in the basket with enough room for air to circulate around the sides for even cooking.
Layer in the right order: Place the ham first, then salami, pepperoni, and provolone on top so the cheese melts directly onto the meat layers and holds everything together.
Don't skip the foil: Covering the dish with foil for the full 15 minutes traps steam and keeps the buns soft, not dry or tough.
Brush generously with butter: Get the butter mixture into the edges and corners of the buns, not just the tops, for maximum flavor in every bite.
Add extra butter before serving: If desired, brush on a little more of the melted butter mixture right after pulling the sliders from the air fryer for an extra glossy, flavorful finish.
Freeze before slicing: If you're making a batch ahead of time, freeze the sliders whole in the baking dish, then wrap individually once solid so they hold their shape and don't stick together.
