Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200°C).
Cook the patties in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the burger sauce ingredients, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 tablespoon onion, 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt
Lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place the bottoms of the slider buns in the dish and spread an even layer of the burger sauce on them.

Arrange the mini patties on top of the buns, then add the cheese, ketchup and mustard. (Optional: brush the buns with a little oil or milk before baking for a shiny look).
6-8 slices American cheese, Ketchup, Mustard
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and crispy.
