How to Make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad with Step-By-Step Instructions

Make the Homemade Caesar Dressing

Chop the anchovy fillets into a paste using the side of your knife. Then, in a bowl, whisk them together with sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.

Season and Cook the Chicken

  • 6 cups hearts Romaine lettuce 1-inch strips
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups croutons
  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese more or less to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Caesar Dressing:

  • 8 whole anchovy fillets blotted dry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
