Ultimate Huevos Rancheros

Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble

Place warm tortillas on plates. Top with warm black beans and a fried egg. Spoon cooked salsa over everything.

Add Toppings

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
