I Served 29 Summer Appetizers and Barely Had Leftovers

Nobody told me that putting out 29 appetizers would turn me into a crowd favorite, but here we are. Plates came back cleaner than they arrived and people asked if I catered. I should’ve made a sign that said, “Yes, you can have thirds,” because that question came up more than once. At least now I know snacks can run the show.

You really can’t go wrong with a Charcuterie Board. It had a bit of everything and looked great on the table. Folks loved the variety and options. Hardly any leftovers, which is always a win!
